Mike Pannone
Mike Pannone is a former operational member of U.S. Marine Reconnaissance, Army Special Forces (Green Beret) and 1st SFOD-D (Delta Force) as well as a competition USPSA pistol shooter holding a Master class ranking in Limited, Limited-10 and Production divisions.
Tes Salb
Tes Salb has a diverse background in sports, starting with Modern Pentathlon at 12 and progressing to the US Olympic Shooting Program, earning spots on various national and world teams. Beyond shooting, she has excelled in triathlons, CrossFit, and Tactical Games, coaching and founding teams along the way.
Jeff Gonzales
US Navy SEAL Jeff L. Gonzales is a nationally recognized weapons and tactics instructor. He is the founder and CEO of Trident Concepts, LLC., former director of training for The Range at Austin and current podcast host for the BulletProof Workshop podcast.
Randy Tweedy
Randy Tweedy is a retired Deputy Sheriff with 25 years of service for the largest Sheriff’s Department in the world, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. He was a Full-Time Firearms Instructor in the Department’s Weapons Training Unit for 13 years.
Todd Jarrett
Todd Jarrett is a 4 time World Champion and 16 time US National Champion in the action shooting sports for nearly 40 years.

Train With Mike Pannone

Pistol Mounted Optics – LE Only
The CTT-Solutions PMO Course is an aggressive 2-day immersion into use of a Pistol Mounted Optic. The course is very heavy on repetition and places an extreme premium on correct technique.
Performance Carry
This training is Mike and Pat’s signature course. It is a fast-paced course designed to give attendees not only the technical, but the practical understanding of the effective employment of their pistol from a covert concealed location.
Micro Carry
The course is specifically intended to address the needs of shooters who own and carry micro compact guns. This is not for standard compact pistols based on full-size frames.
