Your Instructor:
Ricky Shanline: Armorer; Lead Instructor
Ricky graduated from Murray State College with an Associates in Gunsmithing Technology in 2008. After graduation, he joined STI as a Production Gunsmith for the next five years.
In 2013, he was promoted to Head Gunsmith at STI, and then three years later was promoted to the Director of Training, Development, and Gunsmithing. In this role, he wrote and implemented a Standard Operating Procedure for firearms production and training protocol for each operation at STI, as well as established quality checks.
In 2018, Ricky moved to the Head Warranty Gunsmith and Armorers Course Instructor position at STI (now Staccato 2011, LLC). In this role, he has facilitated numerous Armorers Courses with well-renowned agencies, including the Riverside County and Police Department, San Francisco Police Department, and the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Please bring your V2/V3 Staccato pistol (C/CS/C2/P/XL/XC) and armorer's kit or contact our team to purchase one ahead of time.
Extras
Staccato Armorer's Tool Kit will be available at check-out. This kit includes a magnetic tipped wood handle bit driver, hex bits, torx bits, steel punches, flat head bits, gunsmithing hammer, mainspring tool, and 3D printed pry tool.
